As an Engineering Senior Advisor, Roja provides data-driven and strategic solutions for clients using data engineering tools and technologies such as Apache Spark, Python, Databricks, SQL, and BI tools such as Tableau on cloud platforms, including AWS.
She Identifies and develops KPIs that have high-impact value for the business. She’s passionate about diving deep into the data ocean, gaining insights, and using analytics for social good. She shares the knowledge and experience she has gained in her learning process through her speaking engagements and writing for well-known tech blogs.
She is a chapter co-lead for Women in Data chapter and is a founding member of the Women Tech Network. Roja won the 2022 Mentor of the Year award at Women in Data.
